WATER DISTRIBUTION OPERATOR - OAHU

 

We are currently seeking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Oahu team. Our Admin Assistant provides support to our Field Techs and field operations. The Admin Assistant works closely with the Field Techs and provides them information and documentations needed for their job.  Audits the Tech’s daily logs and data enter their timesheets.  Has frequent contact on the phone with customers, the public, contractors and owners.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma; GED or the equivalent of a GED.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, works with little supervision or direction.
  • Experience working with Quickbooks.
  • Proficient using Word and Excel; computer literate.
