We are currently seeking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Oahu team.  Our Admin Assistant provides support to our Field Techs and field operations.   The Admin Assistant works closely with our Field Techs; provides them information and documents needed for their assigned jobs; data enter and audits timesheets and answers the phone.  Has frequent contact on the phone with customers, the public, contractors and owners which requires tact and sensitivity in a professional manner.  The person in this position must be able to work well in a team environment, able to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma; GED or the equivalent of a GED.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, works with little supervision or direction, and dependable.
  • Experience in the construction industry is helpful however not required.
  • Experience using Quickbooks or a payroll database preferred.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); computer literate.

 Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
